RIVERA, SR., its President & Chief Executive Officer. He is ably assisted by his wife, DOLORES C. RIVERA, who is Executive Vice President & Treasurer.

From a humble pawnshop in 1976 in General Santos City, Phil., the GROUP now consist of 40 subsidiaries and major divisions engaged in various ventures in Fishing, Agri-business, Manufacturing, Processing, Banking, Pawning, Insurance, Real Estate Develop ment, Hotels and Retailing of Hardware and Fishing Supplies,mainly operating in the Philippines and now also in Papua New Guinea and Indonesia.
